SECTION/RULE §3.2009 - Cooperative Working Agreement

(a) When a grantee intends to carry out a grant project by cooperating or participating with one or more outside organizations, the grantee must ensure that the cooperative working agreement is signed by each participating organization. Grantees must maintain on file a signed copy of all cooperative working agreements.(b) Cooperative working agreements do not involve an exchange of funds.
