SECTION/RULE §3.8305 - General Powers

Pursuant to §772.0061 of the Texas Government Code, the Council is authorized to:(1) evaluate applications for grant funding for specialty courts in this state and to make funding recommendations to PSO or CJD; and(2) make recommendations to PSO or CJD regarding best practices for specialty courts established under Chapters 122, 123, 124, or 125 of the Texas Government Code, or former law.
