SECTION/RULE §3.9008 - Complaints or Allegations Against a Crime Stoppers Organization

Any complaint against a crime stoppers organization or allegation that a crime stoppers organization fails to meet the certification requirements described in §3.9000 of this chapter must be submitted in writing to the director of the Texas Crime Stoppers Council (Council). The Council may only consider complaints or allegations made against a crime stoppers organization that is certified, or has applied to be certified, by the Council pursuant to §3.9000 of this chapter.
