SECTION/RULE §4.4 - Application for Funds

(a) The Commission, in consultation with the Texas Public Finance Authority, shall develop and adopt a formal loan application form to be included in the formal application process to assist in the evaluation of a loan submission. The application may require certain attachments and certifications.(b) Successful applicants may be required to pay, upon financing, all closing costs.
