(a) Each CCTS user shall provide the department with the name, title, postal and electronic mailing addresses, and all telephone numbers of the employee(s) authorized to initiate, change, modify, amend or terminate CCTS service, or listings in the CCTS directory.(b) Each CCTS user is responsible for insuring that CCTS services are used solely in compliance with applicable law, policy and procedures.(c) CCTS users shall submit a request to the department to initiate CCTS changes, modifications, or terminate CCTS services or listings in the CCTS directory, in accordance with the department procedures.(d) CCTS users may procure their own telephone equipment from other sources, but the telephone equipment must be compatible with the CCTS. Equipment provided by a CCTS user may not have an effect on charges for CCTS services.
