SECTION/RULE §209.12 - Security Requirements for Open Meetings Held by Videoconference
Chapter Review Date 02/25/2016

(a) Each governmental body subject to the Open Meetings Act shall review and comply with any additional internal security requirements of their governmental body that may apply to a meeting held by videoconference.(b) If 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 202 applies to the governmental body, then the governmental body shall ensure compliance with any information security standards promulgated regarding the transmission of data through a public or data/IP network.
