SECTION/RULE §212.22 - Blanket Exemptions

The department may determine that under certain circumstances it is reasonable to grant a blanket exemption to state agencies from the commodity items purchasing requirements described Subchapter B of this chapter. All blanket exemptions shall be posted on the department's website in writing.
