SECTION/RULE §212.23 - Instructions for Requests

The department shall make available on the department's website:(1) instructions for a state agency submission of a written request for an exemption;(2) procedures for evaluating a state agency's written request for an exemption; and(3) any requirements related to a blanket exemption granted by the department.
