If a managed care organization (MCO) contracts for the investigation of fraudulent claims and other types of programs abuse by recipients and providers under §353.501(e) of this chapter (relating to Purpose), within 10 working days of executing the contract the MCO must file with the Health and Human Services Commission, Office of Inspector General (HHSC-OIG):(1) a copy of the written contract including any and all attachments.(2) the names, titles, addresses, telephone numbers, and fax numbers of the principals of the entity with which the MCO has contracted; and(3) a description of the qualifications of the principals of the entity with which the MCO has contracted to perform the contracted responsibilities.
