(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to establish requirements for providing mental health targeted case management and mental health rehabilitative services through Medicaid managed care. This subchapter applies to managed care organizations and public and private comprehensive provider agencies of mental health targeted case management and mental health rehabilitative services.(b) Managed care organizations and public and private comprehensive provider agencies providing mental health targeted case management and mental health rehabilitative services under this subchapter must meet the applicable requirements outlined in Chapter 354, Subchapter M, of this title (relating to Mental Health Targeted Case Management and Mental Health Rehabilitation).
