SECTION/RULE §354.1102 - Authorized Podiatry Services

The term "podiatry services" includes those services provided by or under the personal supervision of a doctor of podiatry which are within the scope of practice of his profession as defined by state law and for which benefits are or would have been provided under Medicare had the recipient been eligible for Medicare.
