SECTION/RULE §354.1163 - Fair Hearings

As determined by the department, the health insuring agent participates in all fair hearings requested by applicants, eligible recipients, or eligible providers where issues involve the health insuring agent. Such hearings are arranged by the department and are conducted in accordance with guidelines, rules, and regulations promulgated by the department for such hearings.
