SECTION/RULE §354.2653 - Continued Eligibility

Continued eligibility for mental health targeted case management services is based on:(1) the eligibility criteria described in §354.2651 of this division (relating to Eligible Individuals);(2) a reassessment by the comprehensive provider agency every:(A) 90 days for children and youth; or(B) 180 days for adults; and(3) reauthorization of services when required by the managed care organization.
