Mental health rehabilitative services are interventions that provide assistance to individuals in maintaining functioning and achieving rehabilitation goals as defined in the individual's recovery/treatment plan. Mental health rehabilitative services include:(1) crisis intervention services;(2) medication training and support services;(3) psychosocial rehabilitative services;(4) skills training and development services; and(5) day programs for acute needs.
