(a) A peer specialist supervisor certification must be renewed every two years.(b) Each peer specialist supervisor certification renewal under this section must include the following documentation:(1) any application or other form required by the certification entity;(2) documentation of the peer specialist supervisor's re-certification training hours; and(3) results of the certification entity's criminal history and registry background checks conducted on the peer specialist supervisor:(A) immediately before renewing the certification; and(B) per the requirements found in §354.3201 of this division (relating to Criminal History and Registry Checks).
