(a) An applicant for training under §354.3157 of this subchapter (relating to Application for Training) may appeal a denial of the application for training to the certification entity that approved the training entity that is the subject of the complaint.(b) An applicant for certification, a certified peer specialist, or a certified peer specialist supervisor may appeal the denial, suspension, or revocation of a certification or a denial of a certification renewal to the certification entity. The certification entity must have a process for addressing such appeals.
