SUBCHAPTER J - PURCHASED HEALTH SERVICES
SECTION/RULE §355.8089 - In-home Respiratory Therapy Services for Ventilator-Dependent Persons

HHSC or its designee shall reimburse each respiratory therapy provider on a per-visit basis. Reimbursement for the visit shall be based on the lesser of the provider's customary charge or the maximum allowable fee or rate established by HHSC or its designee. Maximum visit fees/rates will be reviewed at least every two years, with any adjustments made within available funding.
