SECTION/RULE §355.8620 - Reimbursement Methodology for Services Provided in Indian Health Service and Tribal Facilities

For inpatient and outpatient services provided to Native Americans by a qualified facility operated by the Indian Health Service (IHS) or a tribe, the applicable rate will be paid as published and specified by the IHS in the Federal Register.
