(a) As part of the oversight required by federal and state law, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) requires all non-federal share funds that are provided by governmental entities as the non-federal share of Medicaid supplemental and directed payments, to report the source of such funds.(b) HHSC will use the information reported under this subchapter along with information already collected by HHS to comply with state and federal law and associated reporting requirements. HHSC may publish the information on the HHSC website at HHSC's discretion.
