SECTION/RULE §357.486 - Computation of Time

In computing any period of time under this subchapter, the period begins on the day after the act or event in question and concludes either:(1) on the last day of the period; or(2) if the last day of the period is a Saturday, Sunday, or official State holiday, on the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or official State holiday.
