A household member becomes ineligible to participate in the Food Stamp program and/or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program if a state or federal court or administrative agency determines he has committed an intentional program violation, in Food Stamps/Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC)/TANF.
