SECTION/RULE §357.525 - Scheduling the Hearing

(a) The hearing must be held and a written decision issued no later than 90 calendar days from the date the household member is notified of the hearing.(b) The hearing officer schedules the hearing at a reasonable time and place. He considers the household member's physical condition, location, and access to transportation. The hearing may be held in the field office where the file is located.
