SECTION/RULE §357.541 - Effect of Nondetermination of Intentional Program Violation

If a hearing officer finds that the household member did not commit an intentional program violation, the hearing officer determines whether or not there was an overissuance and determines that the case involved either:(1) client error or misunderstanding; or(2) agency error.
