(a) This subchapter defines the Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center services benefit available through the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment Comprehensive Care Program, which in Texas is known as the Texas Health Steps Comprehensive Care Program.(b) This subchapter applies to Medicaid fee-for-service and Medicaid managed care organizations that contract with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission to provide Medicaid services.
