To determine income eligibility for the Presumptive Medicaid Program, HHSC counts the income of the following individuals, if living together:(1) the individual;(2) the individual's spouse;(3) the individual's children under 19 years of age; and(4) the individual's parents and siblings under the age of 19 if the individual is a child under the age of 19.
