SECTION/RULE §366.333 - Requirement to Report Changes

(a) A recipient must report:(1) a change of address; and(2) termination of the pregnancy.(b) If a recipient reports a change described in subsection (a) of this section, HHSC takes appropriate action to adjust or deny Medicaid and sends a written notice of action taken to the recipient.
