The eligible group consists of women screened and found to need treatment for breast or cervical cancer through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program, created by Public Law 101-354 and its amendments (Public Law 103-183 and Public Law 105-340), and administered by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission as the Breast and Cervical Cancer Services Program.
