SECTION/RULE §366.419 - Requirement to Report Changes

(a) A recipient must report to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) if she:(1) moves out of state;(2) receives creditable coverage; or(3) is no longer receiving treatment.(b) If a recipient reports a change that affects the recipient's eligibility, HHSC takes appropriate action to adjust or deny Medicaid and sends a written notice of action taken to the recipient.
