SECTION/RULE §366.505 - General Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for Children's Medicaid, a person must:(1) meet the criteria for an eligible group as described in §366.507 of this subchapter (relating to Eligible Groups) and the provisions of Subchapter K of this chapter (relating to Modified Adjusted Gross Income Methodology);(2) comply with HHSC's initial and renewal application requirements in this subchapter; and(3) meet all other eligibility and participation requirements in this subchapter.
