SECTION/RULE §366.533 - Eligibility Renewal

(a) At 12 months after the recipient was determined eligible, HHSC determines if a recipient is still eligible to receive Medicaid coverage.(b) HHSC does not review or change the Medicaid eligibility of a child under 19 years of age whose coverage began on or after January 1, 2002, regardless of changes in income, until the earlier of:(1) six months; or(2) the child's 19th birthday.
