MTFCY finds its legal authority in the following statutes:(1) 42 U.S.C. §1396d(w);(2) 42 U.S.C. §1396a(10)(A)(ii)(XVII);(3) Texas Human Resources Code §32.0247; and(4) the Foster Care Independence Act of 1999 (42 U.S.C. §677).
