SECTION/RULE §366.625 - Medicaid Eligibility Effective Dates

(a) Medicaid eligibility begins the first month the person meets all eligibility criteria as long as the person is not eligible for or receiving other Medicaid coverage.(b) A person eligible for MTFCY is also eligible for retroactive coverage.
