To be eligible for the Medicaid for Parents and Caretaker Relatives Program, a person must be a parent or caretaker relative of a dependent child who receives Medicaid. The spouse of a parent or caretaker relative is also eligible for the Medicaid for Parents and Caretaker Relatives Program, if living with such parent or other caretaker relative.
