SECTION/RULE §366.735 - Four Months Post-Medicaid Eligibility

A recipient is eligible for four months post-Medicaid coverage, as provided by §1931 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. §1396u-1), if the recipient received Medicaid under §1931 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. §1396u-1) and then was denied Medicaid because of receipt of child support or spousal support.
