To qualify for Medically Needy Program benefits, an applicant must:(1) be:(A) a pregnant woman; or(B) a child under 19 years of age; and(2) have household income that meets the applicable income limit in §366.823 of this subchapter (relating to Income Limits) after application of the methodology in Subchapter K of this chapter (relating to Modified Adjusted Gross Income Methodology).
