SECTION/RULE §366.1009 - General Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the Former Foster Care Children's Program, a person must:(1) meet the criteria for an eligible group as described in §366.1011 of this subchapter (relating to Eligible Group);(2) comply with HHSC's initial and renewal application requirements in this subchapter; and(3) meet all other eligibility and participation requirements in this subchapter.
