SECTION/RULE §366.1011 - Eligible Group

To be eligible for the Former Foster Care Children's Program, a person must:(1) have been under the conservatorship of a State upon attaining age 18;(2) have received Medicaid at the time he or she left foster care; and(3) be 18 to 25 years of age (coverage continues through the month of his or her 26th birthday).
