SECTION/RULE §366.1031 - Eligibility Renewal

(a) At 12 months, HHSC determines whether the recipient is still eligible to receive Medicaid coverage.(b) If the recipient is pregnant and eligible to receive continuous eligibility, a renewal review will be conducted at the end of the recipient's 12-month postpartum period to determine if the individual is still eligible to receive Medicaid coverage.
