SECTION/RULE §370.25 - Missing Information

(a) HHSC or its designee enters incomplete applications into the State's database and sends a follow-up letter to the Applicant, requesting the missing information and stating a deadline by which it must be provided.(b) Disposition.(1) HHSC will certify or deny an Application no later than 45 calendar days from the application file date.(2) If missing information is not provided by the deadline as explained in subsection (a) of this section, HHSC may deny the application by the deadline.(3) An application that is denied based on missing information may be reopened, upon request, within 60 calendar days of the file date.
