(a) HHSC or its designee sends a reminder notice to Applicants who have failed to:(1) sign the enrollment form;(2) return the enrollment form; or(3) complete the enrollment form properly.(b) If the Applicant does not respond to the initial reminder notice, HHSC or its designee will send a second reminder notice.
