SECTION/RULE §370.601 - Applicability of Medicaid Managed Care Standards to CHIP

The following requirements of Chapter 353, Subchapter E of this title (relating to Standards for Medicaid Managed Care) apply to CHIP managed care, except that references to Medicaid are replaced with CHIP:(1) Section 353.405 (relating to Marketing);(2) Section 353.407 (relating to Requirements of Managed Care Plans);(3) Section 353.409 (relating to Scope of Services);(4) Section 353.411 (relating to Accessibility of Services);(5) Section 353.417 (relating to Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement); and(6) Section 353.419 (relating to Financial Standards).
