Requirements of Chapter 353, Subchapter J of this title (relating to Outpatient Pharmacy Services) apply to the CHIP program, with the following exceptions:(1) references to Medicaid are replaced with CHIP;(2) the CHIP program does not have a preferred drug list; therefore, requirements relating to the preferred drug list do not apply to the CHIP program; and(3) Section 353.913 of this title (relating to Managed Care Organization Requirements Concerning Out-of-network Outpatient Pharmacy Services) does not apply to the CHIP program.
