SECTION/RULE §372.203 - SNAP Citizenship Requirements

To be eligible for SNAP, a person must be:(1) a citizen of the U.S.; or(2) an alien legally admitted to the U.S. who meets the eligibility criteria in 8 U.S.C. §1612(a)(2).
