SECTION/RULE §372.457 - Regaining SNAP Eligibility After a Time Limit Disqualification

A person disqualified because of SNAP time limits regains eligibility if the person:(1) meets the work requirement as provided by 7 CFR §273.24(d) and (e); or(2) becomes exempt from the time limit under §372.456 of this division (relating to SNAP Time Limit Exemptions).
