SECTION/RULE §372.1511 - Using an EBT Card

(a) A TANF household uses its EBT card at participating retailers to:(1) make purchases of its choice; or(2) obtain cash.(b) A SNAP household uses its EBT card to purchase eligible food at authorized retail food stores as defined in 7 CFR §271.2.
