SECTION/RULE §372.1710 - Third-Party Processor Requirements

(a) Retailers entering the EBT system that choose to use an authorized third-party processor must choose one that is certified to the Texas EBT system.(b) A third-party processor must:(1) comply with performance and technical standards set forth in 7 CFR §274.12(h);(2) execute a written agreement adopted in accordance with 7 CFR §274.12(g)(6) with the retailer management EBT contractor;(3) meet the qualifications established in §372.1702 of this subchapter (relating to EBT System Requirements); and(4) comply with applicable general conditions established in §372.1702 of this subchapter.
