SECTION/RULE §381.203 - Application and Selection Process

A grant applicant must submit its application for a grant directly to HHSC by the deadline published in the request for proposal or other notice of potential grant award issued by HHSC. An application received after the deadline will not be considered. A review panel selected by HHSC, with the advice of the Guardianship Advisory Board, will review timely filed applications for eligibility and completeness. The review panel will evaluate eligible, complete, and timely proposals in accordance with the evaluation methodology published in the request for proposal or other notice of potential grant award issued by HHSC.
