(a) A guardianship program will develop and maintain policies and procedures that require ongoing supervision of all employees and volunteers who provide services to clients, regardless of whether an individual or the guardianship program is appointed guardian.(b) Supervisory procedures will provide for training, monitoring, and evaluation of employees and volunteers that is consistent with these standards.
