SECTION/RULE §381.349 - Role of Volunteers

A guardianship program may use volunteers in a variety of roles, which include, but are not limited to, the following:(1) guardians of the person and/or estate of clients;(2) representative payees or bill payers;(3) agents of the guardianship program that are appointed as guardian;(4) to visit, transport, or provide other services to the client on behalf of the appointed guardian; or(5) staff positions.
