(a) Review of denied claim. An FPP provider may request a review of a denied claim. The request must be submitted as an administrative appeal under Chapter 354, Subchapter I, Division 3 of this title (relating to Appeals).(b) Appeal procedures. An administrative appeal is subject to the timelines and procedures set out in Chapter 354, Subchapter I, Division 3 of this title and all other procedures and timelines applicable to an FPP provider's appeal of a Medicaid program claim denial.
